Went in with 27 inch hair and left with 18-19inch hair when all I asked was for a small trim. Not to mention they’re overpriced & the service is garbage. $100 down the drain and now I have to invest in some extensions. I always hear bad reviews of this place & now that I’ve experienced their service, I can agree! So sad that not even the manager was able to help me. Do not go here, save yourself the $$$. I put before and after pics. And for stylist reference - her name was Rosy. Not to mention, I DID contact the salon and the manager was not helpful at all, all she said was “I spoke to the stylist and that’s what you asked for” NO I did not ask for that much cut but obviously you’re gonna take your stylist side! That says a lot about you and your brand. Customers always come first, no wonder the salon was empty! That should have been the first red flag.

Do not recommend. Sooooooo unsatisfied with my results of the keratin treatment. I have got it done 5+ times before somewhere else (so I know how it is suppose to look). My hair is basically back to normal. It is poofy, frizzy, not straight or slightly straight at all!! I paid over $600 for my hair to be straight for the day of treatment and the day after. I don’t know what they are providing but it is definitely not a KERATIN TREATMENT. I have a wedding in a 2 weeks, which is why I got my hair done and I regret it!!! I cannot do it again (somewhere else) for a month!!!!!!! And I purchased their membership. Waste of 6 hours and waste of $600.

I freaking love this place. This place is BOUJEE so I was a little nervous because it’s not what I’m used to. Everyone was incredibly nice and consultations are free. They even showed me what my scalp looks like through an intense zoom in camera like I’ve seen on tiktok for free! Lol. I will be honest when I saw the total of what my service would cost I decided to leave and come back another day when I get paid but I met Frank (one of the owners) at the lot and without hesitation he took me back and gave me a price that I can afford at the moment. They are all about helping people and I was shocked that they would do something like that for a stranger. Frank is the most humble guy ever and just wanted me to be happy. Mary did my hair and as sweet as Frank was, so was Mary. She did an amazing job and I love the conversation we had about all the tips to maintain healthy hair that I can do at home and some dope technology that they have as well that I had never heard of before. Thank you guys SO much for this experience! I love how my hair turned out! What I got: Face framing layers starting from the ends of my ears and layers in the back. Mary also did a small trim but some how made my hair look longer😍.
